Labels filled with black

I'm not sure if it is a bug or any misusage on my side, but I am experiencing an incorrect painting behavior of labels on my chart.

I am showing two pivot point indicators, one is weekly (green), the other is daily (blue) with s3 and r3 (red). Please see attached PNG for screenshot.

As you can see, labels that are supposed to indicate the values of s3 and r3, perhaps, are filled with black and can't be read.

I actually don't need these values, but they are messing with other labels and that is a problem to me.

Is there any way to get rid of these black rectangles and/or fix the problem in any way?

I'm using Japanese Windows 7 x64 if it matters.
