Error on start up

When I launch forex tester the loading screen appears and then a error window pops up asking me if I would like to send a bug report etc so I did yesterday.

It also tells me that I can either 'continue application', 'restart application' or 'close application'. When I click restart the same thing happens but when I click continue FT loads up as normal?

I only bought FT2 a few days ago. What do you suggest I do?

Hello Paul,

This is strange... please try to reinstall the program into other folder (like "C:\ForexTester2New")

Hi,

I have purchased a lifetime standard package and I am also having this problem. I have made sure the anti-virus isn't stopping it as well as saved to folder as mentioned here "C:\ForexTester2New" and I still get them same message.

Any help would be greatly appreciated in getting this going.

What operating system do you use?

Can you please send a screenshot of the issue which you get when launching Forex Tester 3 program?

Please send the bugreport.txt file which you find in the Forex Tester 3 folder to our email support@forextester.com. This file contains all the info about occurred bugs.
In addition, please send the debug.log and ForexTester.log files that you find in the <ForexTeste3>\LOGS folder.
Our developers will review these logs and they will try to find a reason of the problem.
