I don't have Microsoft Excel installed in my computer. I use other spread sheet software called OpenOffice, it is a good program and also opens any "XLS"extention file.

The problem is that Version 2.6.12 is not allowing me to export files ?
I am assuming that this is possible only if you have Microsoft Excel ?

Any suggestions?

If you do not have MS Excel then we recommend to export files in “csv” format, see the screenshot attached.

After you export the file try to open it with OpenOffice.
