The difference between red and green data ?

I have simple questions please.
When I download the data this error appears the data appears in red



1- What does this red mean ? Does that mean there's a lot of data missing ?
2- What's the difference between red or green data appearances ?
3- And how do I get data in green ?

Our software shows the green bar if data for each 1-minute candle is present 24/5

Stocks and indices are usually traded 8 hours a day and our software can't detect that.
That's why it shows red parts for missing hours of data.
This doesn't mean that the data is missing, it is just non 24 hours a day data.

You can create a project and test this data in our program without any problems.

Have you tried to download NQ100 data? I've just checked and it looks good.
As for data for NAS100, it should be fixed soon.
