M30 and above, candles are flat.Why?

Hi, my FT5 showing strange display.

On M15 and below, it shows a right candles pattern. M30 and above, all the candles are flat. I have closed and reopen the chart. Even running FT5 as administrator.
Any reason why?

Hello,

It looks like there was a gap in data, that's why this issue happens, the chart will be back to normal when the gap will be hidden, please continue testing to do that.

Or right-click on a chart -> Chart settings.
Then switch "Settings" tab and activate "Use fixed scale 1 pixel : 1 point" and then click Ok.
