Thanks, Terrianin.

As there are a number of topics about the need for weekly and monthly pivot points, could you please add these indicators for us?

I assume you can easily do it by modifying your daily pivot point code.

Thank you for your help in advance.

Thanks Terrianin,

Basically, the formulas are the exactly the same as those used in daily pivot point calculation, apart from that previous week's or month's data, other than previous day's data, is used.

For weekly pivot point calculation, simply put the previous week's high, low and close into the following set of formulas; for monthly pivot point, simply put previous month's high, low and close into the following formulas:

R3 = PP + RANGE*2
R2 = PP + RANGE
R1 = 2 * PP - Low
PP = (High+Low+Close) / 3
S1 = 2 * PP - High
S2 = PP - RANGE
S3 = PP - RANGE*2

RANGE = High -Low

where PP is pivot point, S means support and R means resistance

Please let me know if you can do these. Many thanks.

Yes, please add weekly pivots per equations given above. This missing indicator is THE reason I have not yet purchased Forex Tester, only the demo version so far. Another one I'd love to see is called the Darma Pivot but I don't have the formula for that one handy.
