FT3 Lot size by % of account - calculator or indicator

Hi everyone!

Does anyone have a script/indicator that can place orders or at least calculate the position size by the percentage of the account? I'm currently doing it manually and it's time consuming. I believe there was a "gift" at Christmas that would do that, however the download doesn't work for me.

Thanks for getting back to me! When I try to install this in FT3 it gives me the error message "Can not install indicator. Error: Can not get "Init" proc address"

Hello,

You need to install it as a strategy via File -> Install -> Install New Strategy menu.

Then it will be shown in the List of strategies, you need to activate it there and select necessary pair in its properties.

Then you need to run a test, wait for some bars to appear and you will see the window with this tool

Hello FX Helper,

When I tried to download the manual_EN it flashings a message that the pdf can't be opened because it is empty. Is it just me having this issue?

ForexSpeedUp tool does not respond to buy or sell order in forextester3...and the calculation of lot size based on account balance seems to be incorrect while testing with NZDUSD pair...any solution? thx.

Hi. I just installed trade.dll and followed instructions but there is no window appearing even after a lot of bars. Tried the other tool but as Robert above has said (This after following the manual) the buy/sell buttons are greyed and won't work. I am currently using the latest version of ft3. Kindly help thanks.

Please check that Strategy Execution is enabled in the Testing menu, probably TradePad window doesn't appear because trade execution is currently disabled.

I was able to make it work thanks admin. How do I get the take profit to work now. It does not seem to put in trade my set parameters. Thanks again for your help.

Do you mean 3 Take Profit options in the tool window.

They work correctly as far as I know.
The SL levels aren't shown in the "Open Positions" tab, they are written in the text file.
So when one of the TP levels is met, our software will close the order (or the part of the order) properly.

I have installed Trade pad v3 and nothing happens, does not work.

Then I have installed Forex Speedup and it appears and works but only by lot size, it does not work by % of the balance , how to fix this ?

Historical data for what pair are tying trying to open?

Please note that if you are trying to open an order for non-USD symbol then you need to also add USD symbol to the project.

For example, if you trade for GBPJPY pair, you need to add GBPJPY and USDJPY symbols to the project.

Everything will work properly in this case.
