Bollinger Band Width Indicator wanted

#1 Postby mindyR » Thu Jul 15, 2010 8:06 pm

Hi - I am looking for an indicator for the Tester that works like this one here:

http://www.forexbrace.com/content/view/124/54/

but without the MA red line. This indicator is just giving a measurement of the distance between the Bollinger Bands as number of pips. If having the source code in MT4 would help someone create this for us, I can provide it, as they offer it to those who buy the MT4 version from them.

Thanks so much!

Hi - thank you. I bought your sessions indicator though, and had trouble loading it because it gave an error asking for DLL resources I didn't have. I spent several hours trying to get the correct DLL loaded, without success. Is this indicator also going to require different DLLs?
Thank you for answering (and do you have any idea about the session indicator and what I can do?)

To use that dll
It is necessary to install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 or to install
Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package.
Do you install it?

Are these custom made indicators not the conventional ones?

The width of the Bollinger Bands is determined by the Standard Deviation. You can get essentially the same thing by just using the builtin Standard Deviation indicator that comes with FT2.
