Day open price set to 5pm EST

Hello all,
I'm just beginning to get familiar with FT3.
Would anyone have an indicator for setting a horizontal lines at Day Open Orice, but would allow me to set the time to Asia open at 5pm EST?
The existing DOP indicator seems set to midnight.
