PolyLine with Labels for difference in pips, candles

Hello All,
Would anyone be interested in developing an indicator/drawing tool for FXT4 that would add labels to the PolyLine tool?
I'd be happy to pay for this.
I would like the label to have the option to show change in pips, number of candles and time elapsed between the vertices on the polyline.
Please let me know if someone would like to develop this and how much you would like for the project.
