Searching for FXT4 Indicator which will draw a line and label the difference in pips

Hello FXT4 community,
I hope someone may have an indicator which you wouldn't mind sharing.
I'm looking everywhere for the simplest feature, but have been unsuccessful.
The idea is to draw a line, which would then label the difference in pips.
If it also measured bars/time elapsed, that would be a bonus.
In reality, I don't care about the line, I care about the ability to very quickly make a bunch of measurements, like the crosshairs ruler tool, but leave a label on the difference in pips, etc.
In the image, you can see how I mark the numbers of movements up and down in the small yellow font.
