Volume Profile Indicator

Hey Guys!

I am wondering why there is no Volume Profile Indicator for FT.
Am I missing something?

I know there is a built-in Market Profile Indicator, but I don’t know what this Indicator is exactly showing.

I‘m looking for a Volume Profile Indicator that shows me the Value Area High/Low of the previous day. The Value Area is the Zone where 70% of yesterday’s volume took place.

Is that even possible on FT? I don’t know if the volume in the data Feed of FT is correct.

Sorry, Forex Tester program doesn’t have built-in Volume Profile indicator.

I can only recommend you to search for a Volume Profile indicator in MT4 format with .mq4 extension, and then you can use built-in Forex Tester automatic converter to convert this indicator to the Forex Tester format.

.mq4 indicator file can be added to the Forex Tester 4 program via File -> Install -> Install New Indicator menu.

Thanks for your answer. And the Forex Tester Converter can do this in the meantime? 1 year ago I didn’t work so well to convert other indicators from mq4.

Yes, our converter should be able to convert your .mq4 indicator to the Forex Tester format.

You can import the .mq4 file to the program and check if everything is OK.

I tried 3 different volume profile indicators in .mq4 file format, but there always appears an error "A conversion error occured while automated conversion process"

Any tips for this?
