can you code indicator to draw lines of chart on other chart

I wanted to create a very simple indicator for Forex Tester 2. I've created a small 2 minutes video that shows what I neeed:

What I need:

- If indicator is on the Monthly chart and I have 2 other charts open on Forex Texter THEN
- All vertical lines drawn/removed on the Monthly chart will be drawn/removed on the other charts opened
- Maybe the indicator would have an option to set it as "sender" or "receiver"
- So if the indicator is dragged on the MN and we set it as Sender, the indicator could be ser as receiver = true on receiver chart
- We should be able to have 1 receiver and 1 sender on the same chart, because I will also want lines on D1 chart to be painted on MN and H4 chart

Do you think you'd be able to do this? If so, how long and how much? I've also contacted Forex Tester about it, waiting for their answer.
