Forex Tester 5 Forum

Hi There,

I need a basic rectangle extender for sd trading on forex tester. I know there is one already out there called SupDem but I don't need or want all the automatic colors it places on the rectangles. I will set the colors of my rectangles myself. I just need them to be extended to the right on every tick. Does something like that exist here already? (I couldn't find it). If not, can someone help me create it? I believe it wouldn't be anything too long or big to code.

I think it is enough to correct the code in SupDem to adapt it for your needs. 20-50$ to spent.

Not too bad. How do I go about hiring you or someone to help me modify the indicator. The simple rectangle extender should be enough for now but if possible it would be great to get an estimate to add these features:

**Option for Supply and Demand time frame rectangle border colors and styles plus extender**

For example in the Rectangle indicator properties:

WK Dem Fill Color
WK Sup Fill Color
WK Dem Retouch Color
WK Sup Retouch color
WK Dem border color
WK Dem border style
WK Dem border Width
WK Sup border color
WK Sup border style
WK Sup border Width

MN Dem Fill Color
MN Sup Fill Color
MN Dem Retouch Color
MN Sup Retouch color
MN Dem border color
MN Dem border style
MN Dem border Width
MN Sup border color
MN Sup border style
MN Sup border Width

Etc...on each time frame.

**Plus option on which time frames to display the rectangles** (If possible)

When I create a H4 rectangle I only want it to be displayed on H4 and H1
When I create a D1 rectangle I only want it to be displayed on D1,H4,H1
When I create a WK rectangle I only want it to be displayed on WK,D1,H4,H1
When I create a MN rectangle I only want it to be displayed on MN,WK,D1,H4,H1

Plus extends to the right on every tick

Let me know if this would be possible for Forex Tester.

Forex Tester doesn't have built-in Sup_Dem indicator but you can find it on our forum. If you need a modified version please send email to our programmer so he can try to help.

Extract the dll file into the ForexTester2\Indicators, it will appear in the list.. somewhere

Also you can add this indicator (unzip it first) via File -> Install -> Install New Indicator menu.

HI there, can you modify this one to work on ForexTester3.
this indicator doesnt fit ForexTester3 as i accidently upgrade to FT3.

Please try to download the new Forex Tester 3 version from our site and use it, as far as I know, the rectangle extender indicator should work properly in this new version

Ft3 crash with new version when i have indicator attached and attempt to create rectangle.
When it succeded it doesnt print correct line in the bottom of the rectangle in lower tf. Just the upper line is correct.

But 90% of the time it will crash and want to restart the program. There is continue program option but it wont work the same dialog appear

open 3 chart with same currency
Monthly Weekly Daily
insert those indicator in all chart
draw rectangle in those 3 chart.
FT3 will crash. if not , reopen ft3, resume test and start drawing rect, it will crash

Just wondering if anyone managed to get a working rectangle extender indicator that you might be able to share?

Just wondering if anyone has the original code for the rectangle extender indicator RectrangleReader_v1_2_1.
Works nice but would like to make some changes, and create one for extending a line.
