Moving Average with Level menu

Hi All
The Moving Average indicator in Meta Trader have a "Level menu" that we can add many levels to indicator but moving average indicator in forex tester haven't level menu.
Is there moving average indicator for forex tester with level item (like this picture)?

those feature is equal to envelope indicator.For example , if we wish to give level 125 and -125 at SMA 100 then that be the same as envelope 0.56, hope this help , sorry for my bad english :D

Can you explain the math? How do you arrive at .56 envelope equal to a 125 level for a 100 SMA?
