Chart Scaling and Resizing

The chart scaling and resizing options are currently very limited compared to what is available in MT4 or TradingView. Currently there is not a good way to move the whole chart up or down whilst keeping the selected scale intact. This becomes a problem when price reaches the bottom or top of the screen. This is not an issue for those using EAs but for manual price action traders it's very frustrating not being able to drag the chart up or down whilst keeping scale the same. TradingView has the same problem but the 'auto' feature can be turned off the and the chart can be manually 'grabbed' and re-positioned.

What I suggest is a simple 're-center' button that centers the current price point on the chart to the center of the screen, or allow the chart to be 'grabbed' and moved up or down whilst keeping the current scale in place.
