Margin Call

Hello,

Presently FT only closes positions if equity drops below zero, which is not exactly what happens in real trading conditions.

In order to simulate real trading conditions it would be great if FTester closed open positions when the available margin drops below zero.
Some brokers issue margin a margin call at 100% of required margin, others at another percentage, so it would be nice to set this option somewhere.
