Please add the ability to restart project from data and time

Hello,
Please consider adding the ability to restart the project from a data as well as a time.

If I desire to trade just a particular session, I'd like to jump from day to day using the restart from project, but load in the sim to begin at a specific time, such as London open 3am EST.
This would be greatly helpful when dealing with custom indicators that are causing the application to run slowly, avoiding the hassle of waiting for the program to move to the desired time.
