Please make it possible by dragging the mouse to have the note flag on the top or bottom of a candle

Hello FXT4 Team,
Please consider making it possible to move the Notes flag on a chart from the top of a candle to the bottom or vice versa by dragging with the mouse.
For example, in the attached image, you can see how it would look much cleaner to have the option to move the note flag to the underside of the candles.
