Text Colors - Add custom color capability

Hello FXT4 Team,
While most indicators and objects in the program allow users to select custom colors, the text edit drop down menu only allows 16 colors.
Please allow the user to select custom colors to avoid this limitation.
This is especially important when the user has selected a background color that blends in with many of the current set of colors.
