Hi
I just subscribed for tick data but after I try to activate my subscription in livetickdata client by filling all details, order number and emails in the activation window. I got an Activation error message "Unknown Error" and the activation is not successful.
Could someone please tell me how to fix this issue

We've activated VIP access for the LTD application for you, please check if you can download historical data now.

Dear Admin/FXHelper,
I'm suffering the exact same problem with LTD client.
My VIP data subscription order number appears to work with FT4, but the end result after historical data updates is always reversion to a useless default recent start/form date in year 2018.
My attempted workaround - importing LTD-client-downloaded history files into FT4 - is being obstructed.

Please open the program and try downloading necessary historical data from our server now.
