FT Crashes with Data Center open

v2.8.10

In history mode, Data Center is opened.

Go to another app (FT is now hidden).

Click on FT on the task bar to bring it into view again.

Data Center is no longer visible, but the Data Center toolbar button is still depressed.

Click on Data Center toolbar button to try to get the Data Center window to show, and FT crashes.

100% repeatable on my Win 7 64 bit system.

Did you get to the bottom of this Tantalus?
I tried to replicate it but it all works fine for me (Win 7 Pro 64bit)

I got a message from FTSupport suggesting that it only happens right after you export (or was it import?) some data. They said is was repeatable only then. I didn't have a chance to do any more research or to get back to them, and now I can't find the email.

Anyway, it doesn't normally cause a problem, but they are aware of it and under what conditions it occurs, so I expect they'll address it in the next build.

Thanks for the extra info. The more I think about it I think I did experience this once in the past.

It happened to me a lot in Windows 8, 64 bit. I just learned to be careful with the mouse while using data center and assumed it was a problem with Delphi, rather than FT per se. The program is built using Delphi, right? Not that I am a programmer.

If you face this problem again (disappeared Data Center window), please try to fold and unfold the program using Alt+tab buttons and the Data Center window should be shown again.
