Hello,
If you create a note on a particular candle, such as marking up where you Took Profit, and then go back in history to set the chart on the edge of the Entry to take flashcards, it will erase the note.
Perhaps there is a way to make the notes stay, even if you reverse in time?
Thanks

Re: Note disappears if you go backwards
Hello,
Thank you for the info.
As far as I know, Forex Tester program should work this way, it will delete a note if you go back in time during testing.
It works the same way with orders, if you place an order and then go back in time then this order will be erased too.
Thank you for the info.

Thank you, Please consider my feature request to preserve the notes.
This would enable maintaining a true trade journal as well as research on a specific pair at specific moments.
See the feature request forum

Please add an option to make the notes remain, even if you back up. This would allow the notes feature to be useful for research, even while attempting to redo a trade and learn how best to apply a pending. A user may want to try the same trade several times, several different ways, and collect notes on the various attempts.
In essence, it would work like the News flag, where a note may be coming in the future timeline, and is still editable.
It would be very important to have the notes saved on a template.
Then, if you start a new project, you can bring those notes over which would make this feature completely reliable as a trade journal and research notebook.
Without this feature, the notes are only 10% as powerful as they could be.
Thanks!
Mike
