Downloading tick data for GBP/USD

I am a VIP subscriber. Was able to download tick data for multiple pairs (EU, AU, UJ, UC and UF), but when I try to download the same data for the GU, I get an error "Cannot download from server". I've tried different brokers, but no matter what I try, it won't download the tick data for the GU. Have not had any issues with other pairs. Just the GU.

Nevermind. I guess I just had to download one year at a time. For whatever reason, I can download the other pairs entire data range. But the GU requires me to break it up.

This issue is fixed in Forex Tester 2.9.6

I have now the same trouble but with EURUSD, " can not import file". I have 2.9.6 version.

Hello,

Do you try to import file from other source into Forex Tester? If yes, then please send us this file (or sample of these data) so we can check if it is possible to import these data into Forex Tester.

Not. I only tried to import data downloaded from Forextester. Each month I import EURUSD data. Only now I had troubles.

Please try to reinstall the program into another folder (like, C:\ForexTester2New) and then try to import historical data there, does it help you?

I reinstalled the program and all is ok now.
