Data center -> Shift Time before update from server

Hi
I never notice since today, that when I change Shift time parameter, FT2 ask if I want to update the actual bars.
So I have set all pairs with GMT+1 and answer yes for each pair ( first month deliver with new installation )
When I update data from server, is this GMT transformation automatic ?
