USD/JPY data seems weird.

#1 Postby Cloud » Sun May 12, 2019 8:53 am

Hi Team,

Hope you're doing all good.
USD/JPY data seems weird since 2019.
2019's data has been duplicated and data before 2019 is good.

Broker: FOREX.com(By the way, I downloaded other Broker's data, however, it shows empty data).

Could please tell me how fix this problem?

Thanks,
Cloud

Hello

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please try deleting historical data for this symbol in the Data Center window, then download historical data for this symbol once again, create a new project and start a new test.
This should help to fix this issue.

Hi Team,

Thanks for prompt reply.
I find that it still shows normal without using tick data when deleting historical data.
But, it still comes weird when using 1 minute and tick data.

Can you please looking into this again?

Thanks,

Hello,

Thank you foe the update.

Please try using historical data from Alpari broker.
I've just checked and the program shows correct candles during testing.

Please let us know if you still have this issue.
