Exporting Tick Data

Is it possible to export tick data that was downloaded from the subscription service that Forex Tester provide?

Hello,
No, sorry, Forex Tester program doesn't allow exporting tick data from a file.
But you can use this program for downloading 1-minute and tick data in text files from our server:
http://livetickdata.com/Files/DataClient_Setup.exe

I received an "activation error unknown error" screen after entering all my order info and clicking on "Activate now"

Hello,
I would like to export tick data too as part of my VIP data subscription. I have downloaded and installed DataClient_Setup.exe as above; however, I too receive "unknown error" when used I the same credentials that came with my VIP data package subscription. Could you please help?

Please send a key which you see in the LiveTickData Client program, "Options" menu to us to email
support@forextester.comAnd we will activate VIP subscription for the program.
