Hello,

Do you still have this issue?

Please try to close the program and then launch it again as administrator (right-click -> run as administrator).
And then try downloading data once more.
This should help to fix the issue.

Hello, the problem has not been solved, I also try to update the usa100 that was the one that I downloaded but now it tells me that there is no data on the server for the symbol.
Also I compare the data of the usa100 with the real one of the nasdaq100 and it does not match I only operate nasdaq and pay for the program and a year of datavip just for having nasdaq100 but they are not giving me the service

Hello,

Thank you for the screenshot.

Please select "Advanced Data Feed" (not AdvancedDataFeed) from the list and you should be able to download historical data for this symbol.
"AdvancedDataFeed" is not a correct broker, it was added by mistake and will be removed as soon as possible.

As for the historical data, please note that all our data is provided in GMT+0 time zone by default while most of the brokers work in GMT+2/3.
Probably that's why candles don't match.

Please create a project in GMT+2 time zone and activate "European DST" option and you should be able to see the same data as in the platform of your broker.
