Two questions:
1. Can FT import tick data from a file? It seems not, since it appears to expect only minute format data?
2. When I try to import data from a file of this format: EURUSD,20160509,00:00:00,1.13857,1.13868,1.13833,1.1386,136.409999966621, FT hangs. Why? What is the proper format for file data to be imported into FT?
Thanks

Re: Importing data from a file
Hello,
Our program hangs because the volume value should be integer (the whole number).
Please try this format:
EURUSD,20160509,00:00:00,1.13857,1.13868,1.13833,1.1386,136
This should help.

Re: Importing data from a file
Unfortunately the data I have comes in floating point format. Is there an automated way to convert it to whole number, so I can use it in FT?
Also, how about my second question. Can FT import tick data from a file? The Data center dialog has fields for bar data only. Anyway around this? Thanks
