C++ Example: Inside Bar Indicator and Ishimoku Indicator

Attached are two Indicators created in a C++ project done in Microsoft Visual C++ Express version ( the free version )

It was based on the 1.10 API that is also included so nothing else is needed than the Microsoft Visual C++ Express development environment installed

Unpack the file and open the main project from within MVC++:

./FT2 Development\Forex Tester 2 Example\Forex Tester 2 Examples.sln

and both indicators can be compiled and used as a start project.

Make sure the Includes directory is also available on the same relative path as it is within the Zip file
