Enable Right Offset

Hi
Under the chart property, there is the option "Enable Right Offset" and a slider bar to set percentage of offset.
I am thinking of writing a script to automatically setup my preferred chart layout instead of having to manually change every times I new a chart. In Mq4, I can use ChartSetDouble to set the property CHART_SHIFT_SIZE. What is the equivalent in ForexTester?
