Really..how to make a strategy .. help ??

Hi

I do have a computer background but do not know how to make a script/EA/strategy/whatever for FT software to test with.

Does any one know how to do this? I would like to do something like this :

Take order when:
RSI is at a certain level or higher/lower
Ichimoku is at a certain distance from kumo value (adjustable)
etc etc (lets say I wanted to add another indicators value here, can I just do the same as above but with the new indicators)


I want to be able to craft this and can use help initially (will pay for it if needed) but I need to be able to modify it later as my strategy changes.
