How do I access API to design custom indicators?

You need to write your custom indicators in Delphi. If you look around this forum, you'll find a link to a free copy of Delphi. The actual API is documented (more or less) in a Help file that you can find in \Forextester\Docs .

It is also possible to write them with C++.
