Hull Moving Average

I need a Hull MA indicator for FT2. Several years ago, a programmer named "Tantalus" advertised an FT2 version that he had coded. He was asking $15 at the time. I have not been able to find "Tantalus" on this Forum or online. Does anyone have a copy of this code, or know how to contact Tanatlus?
