Thank you very much, I've received the tool but I have a big problem with it. It is supposed that every time you want to launch an order the" trade pad" windows should appear in any way so you can calculate your position size depending on your SL distance , your account size and the risk you want to assume. But, what's the way I can open that window every time I want to put an order? I've tried different ways without any result. In the mail I've received says literally "...start a test. You should see such windows...", but in my case this doesn´t happen and in any case I would need to launch the trade pad every time I want to put an order. I hope I've explained my problem in an understandable way.

I would like to say that both my operating system windows 8.1 an my Forextester v 2.9.6 copy are totally legal and working perfectly.

Thank you in advance.

You need to start a test, wait for some bars to appear, then "Trade pad" window will appear.
You don't need to close it, in this case you will need to restart the program to see it again.
Just place the window in necessary part of the screen and use this window to open the orders.

If you still have problems, can you please send a screenshot of the issue to us to email support@forextester.com so we can try to help?

Hello.

Certainly you can't say that the tool is user friendly because of the way you have to use to make calculations and to put the orders in the chart ( I mean, you have to advance a tick or a bar in order to have response from the tool because if you click for example in "Open order" nothing happens until you click for the next tick/bar), so if you want to put a market order you have to make the calculations (which means that you are going to advance at least a tick) and then go back to the previous bar in order to enter at the right point you wished. As you know , when you are working in low timeframes the accuracy is very important. Maybe in the future you can put some buttons to avoid those handicaps.

But,but,...despite of all that, the tool works well and I am very very grateful for your help. My sincere congratulation for your amazing products and for your support.
