Can't access EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY basic data

Hello,

I purchased Forex Trader 5 yesterday with basic data, primarily to backtest EURUSD. On the FT website, it is stated that basic data includes all Majors from "Jan 1, 2001 - Yesterday".

Nonetheless when I try to add data (Data Center -> Update from server) I find data for EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY are only available for 1 month from 2018.04.01 -2018.04.30.

So my question, how do I access the long term data for these 3 pairs (EURUSD, GBPUSD, and USDJPY)?

Hello Sam,

Please open Data Center once again, click on EURUSD pair and then click "Clear history" button to delete old data.

After that, select "Forexite" from the "Source" drop-down menu and then click "Update from server" button.

In appeared window click "Update" and our software will start downloading data from 1 January 2001 till 31 May 2022.

This will help.
