How to Export Trading History from MT5
Step 1
Go to the Toolbox. To do so click View -> Toolbox. Alternatively, locate it at the bottom of the platform, find and click on the Toolbox window, or press Ctrl + T on your keyboard.
Step 2
Select the History tab in the Toolbox. Click on it to display your MT5 trading report.
Step 3
Select the MT5 trading history depth to export. Right-click anywhere inside the History tab and filter the data using a “Custom Period” option, or choose any of the other popular choices: “All History,” “Last Month” or “Last 3 Months”.
Step 4
Generate the report. Right-click again in the History tab and select “Report.” Choose HTML format for optimal compatibility with analysis tools.

Save the report. Select a location on your computer and rename the file if desired, then click Save.
