The indicators that we offer in Forex Tester are usually enough for any basic strategy. If you still need to add an indicator from MT4 that is not on our list, you need to convert it from .mql to .dll format.
The conversion is not very difficult because our API is very similar to MQL.

Also, you can search for the indicators at Forex Tester forum, we provide many indicators there. As soon as you have the required indicator in .dll format, add it into Forex Tester via File → Install → Install New Indicator menu.
The Hardware ID on your computer has probably changed due to some reason (for example, you changed hardware or re-installed the OS). Do not worry, as we will issue a new registration key to you for free.

This instruction is accurate for Forex Tester 2 only. You won’t have this issue in Forex Tester 3 as it is not attached to the computer and you can install it on a few computers with the same registration key. You’ll then be able to work on the computers in turns.
All our data are in GMT, so daily candles close at 0:00 GMT.
To change the time zone of data please set up the “Time zone” parameter to “GMT+2” (or “GMT+3”) when creating a new project.
GMT+2 shift is set during the winter daylight saving time.
GMT+3 works for the summer daylight saving time.
The time zone parameter change will allow you to see New York session candles. This will also remove the weekends data automatically.
If you are using Gmail, Yahoo!, Hotmail or other free email accounts then please check Junk Box for our answers, sometimes these email services could treat normal e-mails like spam. If you did not receive any response from us, it could be a problem with e-mail servers.
